Professor Glover began his five-year term as Commissioner of Jobs and Skills Australia on 15 April 2024.  At this exclusive event, Professor Glover will explore how national workforce planning can address the evolving needs of Australian industries.

He will discuss the critical role of education, training, and migration in meeting skills shortages, and outline how industry associations can collaborate with educational institutions and government to build a resilient and future-ready workforce.

He is a distinguished academic leader, an accomplished mathematician and mathematics educator with significant experience in developing strong relationships with the vocational education sector.

ACCI is pleased to announce that registrations are open for the Business Leaders’ Summit: Business in 3D and Gala Dinner, on Wednesday, 6 November 2024 in Canberra.

The Business Leaders’ Summit is a premier gathering bringing together industry pioneers, thought leaders and decision makers from across the nation, with a specific focus on Deregulation, Digitalisation and Decarbonisation. The Summit will be held in person and will feature a mix of keynote addresses, panel discussions and networking opportunities. 

We are delighted that the Prime Minister, the Hon Anthony Albanese MP, will be our guest of honour at the Gala Dinner, where he will deliver a keynote address.
